DISCLOSURE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN OBSERVANCE OF THE ART 13 OF THE ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE CEDREE OF THE 30th JUNE 2003 n. 196

The Fondazione Don Gino Rigoldi, in the capacity of data controller, pursuant to the legislative decree of the 30th June 2003 n. 196 (“Consolidate Privacy Law”), gives you all the information concerning the processing of personal data on this website.

Data Controller
The data controller, in compliance with the provisions of the Article 28 of the Consolidate Privacy Law, is the Fondazione Don Gino Rigoldi, which head office is in Luigi Mengoni street 3 in Milan, in the form of its data processor.
in compliance with the provisions of the article 4 n.1, f of the Consolidate Privacy Law, “the data controller” is the “natural person, legal entity, public administration and any other institution, association or organization responsible for making decisions about the purposes and methods of data processing”.

Data processing manager
The data processing manager, according to the Article 29 of the Consolidate Privacy Law, is Pierfilippo Pozzi.
According to the Article 4, n. 1, let. g) of the Consolidate Privacy Law, the “data processing manager” is the “natural person, legal entity, public administration and any other institution, association or organization responsible for processing of personal data with the agreement of the data controller.

Kinds of data processed
Data processed by the website are the navigation data, the information provided directly and the cookies. For these last please refer to the specific Cookies Informative Report.

Navigation data
Computer systems and software established for this website’s functioning collect, during their normal operating, some personal data which transmission is implied while using the internet communication protocols.
Navigation information is not collected with the primary aim of identifying users, however due to its very nature it may allow for the identification of users by means of processing and correlation with data held by third parties.
