Its <strong>goal <\/strong>is to give <strong>opportunities <\/strong>for <strong>growth<\/strong> to excluded youth from Milan&#8217;s suburbs and <strong>help to remove factors, including family ones, that prevent full social inclusion and independent living<\/strong>. The young people are supported by a <strong>tutor <\/strong>who accompanies them on their path, monitoring their progress, difficulties and progress and also interfacing with the <strong>company <\/strong>in which each young person is placed.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-group is-style-default has-secondary-light-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center is-style-default\">Everyone has the potential to achieve great things<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center is-style-narrow has-text-xl-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-right:0;padding-left:0\">Discover the stories of some of the protagonists of the Credit to the Future project. The goal is <strong>to give them immediate support to create the starting conditions and provide the tools to realize an independent life<\/strong>, without shortcuts, which are often illegal.<br><br>The goal is to help <strong>eliminate<\/strong>, in the outlying area we serve, <strong>the factors<\/strong> (including family-related ones) <strong>that prevent full social integration and an independent life<\/strong>. The young people are supported by a mentor who guides them along their journey: <strong>they monitor their progress, challenges, and achievements and also liaise with the company where they may be placed<\/strong>. After an initial interview during which an analysis of their background and a skills assessment are conducted, the young person is placed on the most suitable path based on their aptitudes, prior experience, and aspirations for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-xl-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">During the first interview, an analysis of the family context and skills assessment is made. <strong>initiative has been launched in partnership with companies willing to host young people in internships to address the issue of social inclusion<\/strong>. The program offers participants the opportunity to attend three in-person sessions, each lasting two hours, with multiple companies reflecting on their capacity for inclusion, guided by experts in work and who come from situations of socio-economic disadvantage, reported by services and third sector organizations in the area or who spontaneously access the proposed class=\"is-style-narrow wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-right:0;padding-left:0\">65 young people (20 adult women, 18 adult men, 15 female minors, 12 male minors) met during Job Center hours, for a total of 236 interviews conducted<br><br>1 Skills Workshop and 7 courses held<br><br>83 young people trained (12 adult females, 45 adult males, 3 other adults, 1 minor female, 12 minor
