Our mission
As a foundation, we are non-profit and exclusively follow the purpose of social solidarity.
In particular, we carry out and support projects that serve those in need, paying attention to young people and minors of every country, race, language, and culture who need to be supported both in their needs and in their projects for full integration into society and the world of work..
In this way, we collect, continue, and develop the activities of don Gino Rigoldi – our founder – whose ideals have always distinguished the work of the Foundation. Additionally, we are committed to promoting the culture of solidarity and cooperation through meetings, publications, and interventions.
Our roots
Don Gino describes the values and commitment that guided his life and become a heritage for our Foundation.
The idea of the Foundation was born to prepare us for the future: its most important capital to be put to good use is the heritage of ideas and experiences that we have realized over the decades with associations, institutions, and citizens of Milan. Through the Foundation, we want to stimulate and support as many projects as possible that are dedicated to the growth and training of young people, especially those who, for social or economic reasons, have fewer opportunities to plan their own future. We will try to accompany them for a stretch of their journey.
