The Azimuth Day Center by Comunità Nuova Onlus is a semi-residential therapeutic-rehabilitative service dedicated to supporting individuals with substance dependence issues, located in the QT8 district of Milan.
We accommodate a maximum of 16 adults, offering them a personalized therapeutic program that respects the goals, timelines, resources, and vulnerabilities of each guest. In their ‘protected daily’ environment, guests have the opportunity to interrupt substance use and explore new life and relationship models. For them, Azimuth becomes a place to develop new relational and project-related skills: the central goal of the Center is to provide a safe and stimulating environment through workshops, sports activities, educational interviews, and individual psychotherapy. These tools allow guests to embark on a path of change and personal growth.
Beneficiaries: substance consumers with certification of dependence issued by a SerD (Service for Dependencies), an SMI (Integrated Multidisciplinary Services), or a NOA (Alcoholism Operational Unit), aged 18 to 55, mostly in alternative measures to detention.
